What's your return policy?

You can cancel your order at any time before it’s dispatched and receive a full refund of all amounts paid.

How do I return an item?

Get in touch with us. Quycky will take back any unused and undamaged articles, with their full original packaging, including all seals, tags, protections or other labels that have been affixed to them intact.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Yes, you will receive a full refund for the price of the item, excluding return shipping fees (unless the return is due to an error on our part).

What items are not eligible for return or exchange?

Items that are opened, used, damaged, or not in their original condition cannot be returned. Perishable items and items marked as final sale are also non-returnable.
