This Policy applies to your use of the Quycky mobile application (“App”),
our Websites (quycky.com and quycky.app) and eStore (quycky.shop), which are
operated by LOVE QUYCKY, LDA, registered company number 516360060, with
registered address at Rua do Campo Alegre, nº 1306, 1º, Sala 106, 4150-174
Porto, hereinafter referred to as "Quycky."Quycky is committed to protecting
the security and privacy of its customers, suppliers, partners and users of
the App and website. This Policy aims to help our users, suppliers and
partners (referred to as “you” or “data subject”) understand the type of
personal data we collect, how and why we use data, to whom we disclose data
and how we protect their privacy when using our products and services.

When you use the Quycky Websites, we generally collect and process the

to send you marketing communications (with your consent, if you opt-in to
such emails), to improve our website or products and services (for our
legitimate interests), or to fulfill other contractual obligations (e.g.,
responding to your requests) and legal obligations:

When you use the Quycky App, we collect generally collect and process the
following personal data to support your experience on the app:

- Profile Photo (optional)
- Responses to quizzes (optional)

When you contact Customer Support, we collect:

- Records of our communications with you, including any complaints that we receive from you about other Users (and from other Users about you)
A note on sensitive / special category personal data
Please note that due to the nature of the products and services provided by
Quycky, your use of the App to respond to quizzes and use of the Website to
select and purchase products may result in the collection of data that is
considered “special category” or “sensitive” under certain laws. We only
collect and process this data with your consent (i.e., through our cookie
banner or by your actual purchase of products). You can revoke consent at
any time by contacting us (see “How to Contact Us” below).
We may disclose your personal data to certain third party vendors, service
providers and partners for the following purposes:

- App and website analytics (e.g., Google)
- Product distribution (e.g., Bioconcept)
- Product delivery (e.g., DHL)

Quycky strives to protect the personal data we collect from and process
about you against unauthorised access. That said, no method of transmission
over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is fully secure, and we
cannot guarantee the security of your personal data. Individuals who have
specific concerns about how their data may be protected are advised not to
use our services.
When you visit our Website or when you use our App, we may collect personal
