When will my order ship?

Orders placed before 4pm WET, Monday through Friday, typically ship the same day. Orders placed after 4pm WET will ship on the next business day. Please note that Quycky does not ship on weekends or holidays. If your order includes out-of-stock items, it will be held until all items are available.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is placed, you'll receive an email with details about the shipping partner handling your delivery. Simply click the link in the email to track your order's journey. .

Do you ship internationally?

We ship worldwide, however for non-EU countries different taxation rules and additional fees may apply.

How can I calculate the shipping costs?

Quycky will notify the Customer during the checkout process if import duties are included or if the Customer has to pay them upon receipt of the product. Neither Quycky or its partners have any control over such duties.

Will my order be shipped discreetly?

At Quycky, we keep it discreet—the packaging is plain and doesn’t show the brand, product, or any details about what’s inside. For international orders, a customs declaration may be included.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

The estimated delivery date will be indicated in your order confirmation email.

Why did I receive my order in separate parcels?

If your order contains multiple items, we may ship them separately to ensure faster delivery. Some items may also be shipped from different warehouses.

Will I be charged extra for separate deliveries?

No, you will not incur additional charges for receiving separate parcels. Shipping fees are calculated based on the total order, not the number of parcels.

How do I track my separate parcels?

Each parcel will have its own tracking number. You’ll receive an email with all the tracking information for each shipment.

How can I update my shipping address?

If you’ve just placed the order, you can change the shipping address through the confirmation e-mail. If the product is already sent out to be delivered we can’t guarantee the change of address.

How does free shipping work?

Enjoy free shipping worldwide on orders over €150 or during special campaigns.

How do I cancel an order?

You can cancel your order anytime before it’s dispatched. Confirmation and updates will be sent to your email.

Is there an age limit to order from Quycky.com?
